This evening everyone made dinner for themselves. I decided I was in the mood for pasta. So I checked the pantry, and all we had was the Annie's Gluten Free Macaroni. I'm trying to eat healthier, so I thought I'd give it a try. BAD IDEA. First I boiled, drained and rinsed the pasta. Then I went to open the "cheese" packet. It was all hard and clumpy and wouldn't break apart too well, even after I got it wet with the coconut oil I put on the pasta (we're out've butter) . So I decided to melt some regular cheese to put on it. So I melted the only cheese we had, Parmesan and cheddar, with a little bit of coconut oil to make it soft. Took it out've the microwave and it looked fine, until I poured it on the pasta. It turned into a blob of blubber that couldnt be torn apart. But it tasted good. After putting in this hard work for my dinner when I could've just had another salad, I naturally wanted to try to eat it. Lets just say it was horrible, sodium overdose. The compost is currently enjoying it.
